Do you provide an artwork service for personalised gifts?

2. Any artwork will come from customer. We will provide basic artwork design.

Can I buy your packaging without chocolates?
Unfortunately not. We supply only chocolate gifts and hamper gifts that include our products.

Can I buy your chocolates with my own packaging?
Yes, you can purchase chocolates only and provide the packaging for us to finish it but we will charge labour hours for each unit.

Can I order just a few personalised chocolate gift boxes?
A few personalised is allowed using our signature boxes.

Can you show me samples of your chocolates and packaging before I place an order?
We encourage customers to make an appointment is they want to sample chocolates. Advance booking is a must.

Where are your chocolates made?
Handmade in Malaysia using imported ingredients.

I have an urgent order – can you help?
These are for small order using our signature boxes. We will try to accomodate but we do not guarantee ability to fulfill.

What’s the lead time for your personalised chocolates or hampers?
Lead time 4 to 6 weeks for big orders. Festive season cny, hr, christmas and corporate orders/hamper packers.

When will my order will delivered?
Orders are self collect from our warehouse. Any delivery only within Klang Valley, PJ and Shah Alam vicinity. Delivery charges will incur.

Do you deliver outside of the West Malaysia?
No, we only accept local orders.

How do I place an order?
Once we have shared a copy of your work order, we want you to verify you order written up is correct and confirmed.

What payment terms and payment methods do you accept?
50% downpayment required upon confrimation of order and the balance due before final collection of goods.

We only accept online transfer (details will be provided in work order form).

Do your chocolates contain alcohol?
We are a Halal certified manufacturing company as such, we do not produce any chocolates with alcohol.

Are your chocolates suitable for someone with a nut allergy?
No.

Are your chocolates suitable for a vegetarian/halal/kosher diet?
Fidani is a Halal certified facility.

Are your chocolates suitable for vegans?
Most of our chocolates contain dairy products such as milk, butter and fresh cream.

Do you offer a sugar-free chocolates selection?
Not at this time.

How should we store your chocolates?
We recommend that our chocolates are stored at cool room temperature, between 18° and 20°, until required usage.

Do your chocolates have a use-by date?
Our chocolates carry a minimum use-by date of 12 months, indicated by a date label on each box.

This date is valid if product is stored in the recommended temperature as stated above.

However, for freshness, we recommend product to be consumed within 4 to 6 weeks.

What is a ganache?
A ganache is a mixture of chocolate and cream, sometimes flavoured with alcohol or other infusions.

What is a praline?
A praline is a blend of roasted and caramelised almonds and/or hazelnuts, finely or coarsely ground.

What is a truffle?
A truffle, sometimes flavoured with alcohol, is similar to a ganache, but slightly softer in texture.
